What hours of the day are you able to offer care?

We are available to offer care whenever care is needed at any hour of the day.  KMC is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

What type of insurance do you accept?

Because we offer non medical care, our services are not covered under medical insurance plans.

 

Are there a minimum number of hours per day that service can be requested for?

Per day, there is a 2 hour minimum for the KMC caregiver to offer the best service to their client.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  Feel free to ask your KMC representative if any additional forms of payment are accepted in their area.

 

Do you only care care for the elderly?

You do not have to be an elder to be in need of care.  KMC offers its services to individuals of any age.

 

Do you offer transportation for client’s needs?

We do.  KMC is able to transport the client to doctor’s appointments, the grocery store, hair appointments, wherever they may need to go.  A small fee may be incurred to cover the costs, but we are available to get the client where they need to be.

 

What is KMC’s cancellation policy?

At KMC, we understand that sometimes plans change and we strive to be flexible in these situations.  We ask for a 72 hour notice to avoid the original fee for the service requested.
